GS Retail - Stanford: Young Leader Workshop
Event Details:
Location
GS Tower
South Korea
Ever been in a brainstorm where everyone feels stuck? You've come up with a few ideas, but all the ideas seem unoriginal, maybe even a little boring? In this workshop, we’ll reframe the way you think about generating great ideas.
When you think of brainstorming, you probably imagine a bright room filled with colorful Post-its scattered around the room. But there are lots of other ways to come up with innovative ideas. For example, you might find inspiration in objects around you: How might you use a shoe to solve your problem? A coaster? A coffee mug? Or what if you take on the persona of a recognizable celebrity or brand—how might Madonna solve this problem? What about Nike? Or Disney?
Participants will have the chance to try out a few new brainstorming techniques and apply them to a sample challenge. By the end of the workshop, you can expect to walk away with over a hundred new, innovative ideas.
