Prof. Michael Lepech, the director of SCIGC, gave a presentation at the Startup Conference THE CONNECT 2021 on November 2nd. This conference was hosted by S² (Shinhan Square) Bridge Incheon with a theme of Collective Innovation for Smart City.
Prof. Lepech participated online and gave a presentation on a topic of "Open Innovation and Cross Sector Collaboration for Startup Lead Smart City Innovation" during the Session I: Smart City X Smart Ecosystem. This event was held at Start Up Park in Incheon, South Korea, and live-streamed on Youtube.
THE CONNECT 2021 aims to bring together global startup ecosystem stakeholders and smart city experts from around the world including Sidewalk Labs, Google Accelerator, Stanford University, etc. to seek their roles and find ways to cooperate in realizing smart city innovation, centered around startups.
